"Hearts Like Caves" is the shimmering, water-soaked synth-pop single from Dilly's upcoming second album, Monster (out this summer). Written by bandleader Sophia Spiegel during her brief move from Minnesota to the East Coast, the song captures the feeling of being cast adrift—of losing an identity before it could take new shape in new roots. It brims with love for her Minnesota communities, the ache of unfinished relationships cut short by timing, and the joy of being untethered to explore new identities. With its colorful sentimentality and Dilly's signature jazz-pop touch, this track offers the perfect soundtrack for easing into your own transitions..
